Public Pranayama Embarrassment Hierarchy

This is not to say that one breathing technique is better than the other, but for ME, and hopefully other yogis looking to deepened their practice, this is how I would rank the pranayamas <fix>
​Difficulty to Incorporate 0-100

Beginners


Just Breathing     ​You do this to stay alive. Don't stop now  0
Deep Breaths     iNot quite Oojai, but more conscious than your normal breath  2
Ujjayi Pranayama     shallots, lemon, white wine, butter, parsley  16
Nadi Sodhana     maine lobster, celery, white wine, cream  13
Sahita Pranayama     duck liver, milk, garlic, shallots, butter, crostini  14
​Little Gems     walnuts, salt, shallots, champagne vinegar, pecorino romano cheese  12

Intermediate


Filet Mignon 8oz    s, butter  18
