Get swept off your feet in a burst of dance-inspired cardio. Train like a dancer with a fierce athletic edge as you use light round-weights to boost your burn. Twist and turn to simple choreography in a music-driven flow that’ll have your heart racing and your spirits energized. Sound easy? Just try to keep up. Sequence Style/Template: Fluid Interval Training with light weights and dancing inspired exercises Sweat-o-meter (0-100): 65% (definitely started to drip) Stars (0-5): 5 Stars- Fun, Engaging, Personal Attention, Dynamic Movements, Accessible Choreography Difficulty Rating (Beginner to Expert): Novice+ Prerequisites: Rhythm (optional); Ability to lunge, squat and various one-legged poses; 3 LBS Weighted Balls (optional) Cost: Included with Membership ($135/month) Equipment: 2 Balls or not 2 balls that is your question.
